Conduct: Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Disorderly behavior may result in early termination of the event without refund.
Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage to the Property or its furnishings caused by the client or their guests during the event. A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded after the event if no damages are incurred.
Insurance: Clients must obtain event liability insurance covering up to $1 million in damages and list The Malibu Retreat as additionally insured.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Privacy Policy modification date below.
